Peter Rogozik offers over a decade of experience in buying, renovating and selling properties. Unlike most other advocates, Peter has a background in property purchasing, renovating and building. He is able to draw from his own personal experiences.

After working as a real estate agent, Peter undertook extra studies to become a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and Registered Building Practitioner. As a result, Peter knows a bargain when he sees one and has the skills to identify a property's potential. He can assess its value and condition and is able to get to the bottom of a good deal - fast.

Peter will ensure his clients get the best result from the auction process. He has attended over 1000 auctions as a prospective purchaser, fine-tuning his bidding and negotiation techniques.

We would like to introduce Andrew Padanyi as a member of the team at Peter Rogozik Property Consulting. Andrew graduated from Monash University in Victoria with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts. He is a qualified lawyer, having been admitted to practise in 1992. Andrew has worked in law firms in Melbourne and country Victoria, and also in government. He brings a great deal of experience in commercial and property-related matters, including conveyancing, off-the-plan purchasing and commercial leasing.

Andrew has a keen interest in property. Being a qualified real estate agent’s representative, he’s able to offer more than just legal skills to our clients.

Andrew believes that sensible property investment is an ideal way of building wealth, securing the future of one’s family and providing for retirement. Andrew has a wide variety of interests including fitness activities, yoga, travel, wine and (of course) property investment.

Andrew’s role will be to give advice to our clients regarding contracts of sale and disclosure statements prior to purchase, so that our clients can feel confident that the legalities associated with purchasing property are in order. He will be a regular contributor to our client newsletter and will participate in our investor education seminars. We’re excited that Andrew is part of Peter Rogozik Property Consulting and confident that he’ll greatly enhance the range and quality of the services that we provide to our clients.

Conscientious and passionate about property Christine Tassone has a proven track record of client service and outstanding results. She has completed the relevant Real Estate course and is an accredited agent’s representative. She specializes in Property Searching and has assisted many clients in determining the home or investment property for their specific needs

Christine is married with two children and has a wide variety of interests which include property developing and interior design.

Liaising with clients over the years and building a rapport with people has enabled her to develop excellent customer service and communication skills and she believes these combined with her honesty and integrity are attributes that bring her success.

After joining our firm in 2003 she has become an important and valued member of our team.

Susanne’s role is to assist in research, administration and other general property services. She has completed the relevant Real Estate course and is an accredited agent’s representative.

Susanne is married with two children and in between family duties enjoys all aspects of interior design. She has been involved in many residential renovations.
