Peter is a fully Licensed Estate Agent and Registered Building Practitioner (DB-U 19307). He is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria. He has a proven track record of selecting properties that produce the optimum capital growth.

Peter will ensure his clients get the best result from the auction process. He has been attending auctions regularly for over 30 years, fine-tuning his bidding and negotiation skills.

Susanne Crotch joined the team at Peter Rogozik Property Consulting in 2002.

Susanne’s role is to assist in research, administration and other general property services. She has completed the relevant real estate course and is an accredited Agent’s Representative.

Susanne is married with two children and in between family duties enjoys all aspects of interior design. She has been involved in many residential renovations.

Susanne has been liaising with clients over her working life. She has excellent customer service and communication skills and has an honest and warm approach to life.
